My first experience ordering from Floraiku House was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately it will also be my last.
After signing up for the mailing list, I was offered a welcome gift with my purchase. During checkout, I accidentally forgot to apply the coupon code before submitting my order. I contacted customer service almost immediately, explained the situation politely, and asked if they could still honor the welcome gift offer.
The response from Charlotte was poor. I was told the order had already shipped, even though the tracking information still showed that it had not shipped. There was no effort to help resolve the issue, no courtesy gesture, and not even an apology.
What makes this worse is the fact that I spent roughly $750 on two perfumes. Refusing to send a small complimentary sample or welcome gift for a first-time customer over a simple checkout mistake feels shortsighted and dismissive. Luxury fragrance brands are supposed to value customer experience, especially for new customers making a significant purchase.
The fragrances themselves may be good, but customer service matters. This experience left a bad impression and made me feel unappreciated as a customer. I will not be ordering from them again.
